With effect from 1 July 2026, all orders delivered to addresses outside the EU are subject to a non-refundable Customs & Import Fee. The fee is charged to cover costs associated with thetransportation of low value ecommerce goods outside the EU and is calculated at the time of purchase. The Customs Fee will be displayed as a separate line item at checkout before you complete your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that this charge is non-refundable and will not be returned in the event of a return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.
