We aim to please with our designs. But in the case you aren't:
If, for whatever reason, you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days to return items for a refund.
How do I return my order?
Please post the items back to
Wizfash, Returns Department, Kells, Kells Post Office, Bective Square, Kells, Co. Meath, A82 E225.
Ensure you have enclosed the returns form which has your order number on it.
Your order refund will be processed providing that the items returned meet the criteria of the 'Conditions of Returns' below.
To make it as easy as possible, please be aware that we can only accept & refund if goods are returned in accordance with this policy.
The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. We would advise that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent.
Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.
If you are eligible to receive your refund, we can only process a refund with a Returns Form containing clear instructions of the refund required. If you do not have your Returns Form or lost the original, please email wizfash@gmail.com and we will email you a new one.
As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, we will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please note that we are not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty.
